  Carla 's vision for Hanks HRM Solutions is driven by a passion to empower businesses in managing their most valuable assets: people. Carla's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in HR and Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University (2012) and a Bachelor's Degree in HR and Business Administration from Barry University (2010). Her professional affiliations include active membership in the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Big Bend SHRM chapter. She is also a Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
