We offer a variety of training opportunities for both the Leader/Manager and the Employee. We offer specific "people management" training for managers and other leaders. We can also create a custom training program or you can select from topics in our Training Library. (coming soon!)

We can help you manage your employees performance when it comes to discipline, performance management plans, and employee coaching. We provide guidance on all things performance related. In addition, our HR Helpline can be called for advice or to help during complex employee-related incidents.

We can create HR policies, perform a policy review of your current policies and we can recommend updates to HR policy so that you are current with all HR rules and regulations..

Our Team can help you stay compliant with federal, state, and local HR rules and regulations, reducing the risk of costly fines and other issues. In addition, we offer to perform an annual HR audit to review HR policies and procedures.

Carla 's vision for Hanks HRM Solutions is driven by a passion to empower businesses in managing their most valuable assets: people. Carla's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in HR and Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University (2012) and a Bachelor's Degree in HR and Business Administration from Barry University (2010). Her professional affiliations include active membership in the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Big Bend SHRM chapter. She is also a Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
With a genuine passion for people, Carla leverages her diverse experience to deliver impactful results.
